冷库单层多层的选择标准
单层冷库的优点：
1、货物进出方便，便于迅速吞吐；
2、易于实现装卸运输的机械化和自动化；
3、基础处理比较简单，地坪承载能力大，库房净高可达10M以上，提高了单位面积的载货量；
4、能采用较大的跨度，可减少柱子所占面积，扩大了建筑面积的利用系数；
5、建筑和结构比较简单，柱网子布置灵活，有利于采用预制装配式构件，施工方便，投产快。
同样单层冷库也有一些遗憾：
1、占地面积大；
2、冷库外围护结构表面积大，故隔热材料用量较多，耗冷量的食品干耗也较大；
3、对于低温库房，地坪防冻处理得工程量大。当冷库建在地下水位高的地方，处理不大概，容易造成地平冻膨。
1、占地面积小，能节约用地；
2、在库容量相同的情况下，其外围护结构的表面积比单层冷库为小，这样耗冷量可以减少，也降低了食品的干耗，机器设备费用和经营管理费用相应减少，同时，由于节省了隔热材料，单位面积的土建造价低，投资费用较小；
3、能合理利用多层位置，如地下室可用作冷却物冷藏间，层顶阁楼层建成制冰间等。
而多层冷库也有一些短处：
1、库房垂直运输量大，货物进出和操作管理都不如单层冷库方便；
2、楼层高度受楼板荷载能力的研制，各冷间的容积利用率较低；
3、多层冷库建在地耐力较差的地基上时，基础施工复杂。造价较大；
4、采用预制装配构件时，需用较大施工设备，施工期较长
